Synopsis:   Resilience. Survival. Redemption. Based on the true story of a woman's near-deadly experience into and then out of the crippling world of domestic violence. Moving non-stop, the harrowing story begins with her grappling with a disconnect from her mother from the age of thirteen, becoming sexually active and rebelling as a teen, experimenting with drugs and alcohol, dealing with rape in her early twenties, and progressing to emotional and physically violent relationships in her adult years. She finds herself pregnant three times and wrestling with disbelief as her first born son is diagnosed with cancer, whilst she is divorcing his father who is also dying of cancer.
